Requirements: Team captain/assistant captain, player with lower than maximum possible potential, and also his current potential 18% or higher, league games 8+, age 20-32
Players will be randomly selected from the top 10 league players (eligible), ordered by the smallest AI per years of potential left
Activation bonus: increase of player's potential by one season
When deactivated: decrease of player's potential by one season
